Obviously you are a thoughtful man or you wouldn't have posted this entry. So you're on the right track so far: you're thinking.
This may seem vague but have you noticed her mention something random recently that she may have forgotten about. That would be a giant surpise if you did, said, or bought for her? I know that is something I always try to do even if it's a small trinket.
Like a friend had mentioned a larger bowl because she eats soup everyday. I bought her a bowl and a can of soup. As simple as it sounds, she's forgotten about it and was shocked I remembered.
Like I said vague. But maybe it will get the marbles moving and you'll figure out something.
I think that accompanied by a nice home cooked meal with a bunch of personal touches and her favorite music would be a great night. Maybe find some of the music played at your wedding.
