I agree with you ... both with what you said in this post, and your comment on mine. (I agree so much, I even did some writing about it.)

Years ago I became convinced I needed a physical Sabboth. I know in today's thinking, the modern Christian doesn't believe in a literal Sabboth, but I think we need it!

God rested. Who are we to think we can't or shouldn't?

I do much better if I dial down on Sundays. Unfortunately, if one is involved with church life or leadership. Sundays can be as busy a day as any.

Great post, Sarah, of how we need to take time out and sleep, dream, rest, ponder, whatever.
