I see, it must be interesting to you since you can compare it in Japan with in your home. Ive been some countries, but never seen this kind of demo with police escort. What would be the biggest difference from your country demo you think? Police escort? The number of people?
the difference? well, chemical-laced water cannons, ppl running wild, police making multiple arrests.
ya, tze is right! i was about to point you to some youtube videos taken of some of these demonstrations, but i'm just trying to compare between what you have in japan and what is happening back home.
btw, ryu, are they protesting something that is being done towards school children? and i saw fukuda's name somewhere...
Hi, I apologize my late response.
I am not sure how fukuda is involved and have not found any info related to school children. But, this looks about new policy of court system, and it seems related to that many university students got arrested mistakenly and forcefully (by the Internet Info). Presumably that incident made some's temper outbreak. Well, since I can obtain these info only through the Internet so I think you might want to ask somebody in Japan if you wanna know more.
