Your tandem spot doesn't stick out into an alleyway does it? Because I had a tandem spot once, and I came out one day to find a DPT person giving tickets to all of the back cars. Apparently if the back of your car is sticking into an alleyway, even if there is plenty of room for people to drive by and it is just an alley for parking behind your apartment, and you are paying the apartment manager to park in that spot, it is still illegal and they can give you a ticket.
You can bet I had some things to say to both the parking ticket people and the apartment manager about that. But I still ended up having to pay the ticket.

Heh. I nurtured good car karma for years, giving rides to friends and jumping batteries and do all sorts of vehicular good deeds, only to have my stereo stolen last week. So I no longer believe in car karma.
