I don't understand why people are so close minded to think that a gay couple can't be adequate parents. Most of the really fucked up families are the good ol' fashioned-straight parents who have dysfunction running through their blood. Also the whole in reasoning behind people not approving of gay marriages or coupledom is solely religion based. We are supposed to live in a country where we originally came here to have the right to pursue any religion and be free of persecution. All the while Christianity and it's right's and wrongs are being stuffed down our throats on a daily basis.
