Heh, I thought so. And the stained glass really is incredible when it's sunny out. I lived in York for a year, so I was lucky enough to get to duck into the Minster or stroll along the walls whenever I had time. On a clear day, the view from the Minster tower is amazing.
That is indeed the York city wall. The stained glass at York Minster is probably really nice when it's sunny outside.
