I applaud you, though. Lactose intolerance kinda makes sense. I thought I'd developed subconscious bulimia. Can't tell you how relieved I was to learn it was a bacterial infection and not a major mental disorder.
That's how I felt when I had mono... I was soooo sick for 3 weeks, but then! I lost 11 pounds! Can't argue with those results.

Ooh no, the stress diet is bad, but the ulcer diet is worse! At least you know you will still be enjoying nachos and milkshakes for many years to come.
Also, I was curious - were you the "Sara Morrison from Los Angeles" that was quoted in the New York Times article last week about the effect of DVRs on TV ratings?
I think there might be something about working for TWoP that leads to ulcers - Erin Dailey also wrote on her website last year about getting one. I've heard Tubey can be a tough boss.
