I love the thought behind this post, Suzanne. Maybe you should pretend that Halloween is more than once a year. At least the spirit of Halloween. I say, GO FOR IT! (I'm going as a whoopie cushion. I get to wear the leather pants the rest of the year!)

I so understand what you are writing about! And you expressed it so well...The opportunity to be someone else for a while---I think that is one of the reasons many of us who are Actors and Actresses go into this profession in the first place...

Where will I be on Halloween? Right here at home, kind of hiding in my Bedroom....I stopped putting candy out a couple of years ago because no little children came...Well, in fact, nobody came. I live in the Hills and it is NOT comducive to Trick or Treating anymore....!
AND, I ended up eating ALL the camdy myself....lol!

In my day it was CatWoman. I like to disguise myself to the point that NO ONE knows who I am. It's very liberating. Wonder what Michele wants to be this year.

Dressing up is so much fun!!! If I were going to be here, I'd be choices, choices.... I'd be...Roxy Heart from Chicago hands down. I love that Character but catwoman sounds good too! I'd have a whip and start jumping rope like she did in the movie.
Gonna be outa town from the 29th-31st though.... Let me know if you wanta go see the Rocky Horror picture show one night. That would be too kewl!

I have only been to one halloween party as an adult. For me, halloween is trying not to slice my finger off while making jack-o-lanterns with my daughter. She is going as a "hippie" this year and has already raided my closet for my Stevie Nicks skirts....
