Just wanted to wish you all the best! We had some wheezing when Bunny was a baby, but nebulizers worked fine to clear him up. On the good side, he hasn't wheezed since, they often out grow it. I will say as an adult asthmatic, the meds are so much better now and it's easy to control. Hang in there, and have a great vacation.

Hi, Shelby. I'm not sure how old baby Sean is, but my triplets were diagnosed with asthma at 20 months. We had two rounds of hospital admissions before diagnosis (they had bronchiolitis). All were treated with the nebulizer when they had episodes and singulair for maintenance. The one boy who had it most severely did maintenance nebulizer meds on top of the singulair for the past three winters. It was very stressful for us and gosh did I worry. The good news is that they're outgrowing it. We were fortunate enough to find a fabulous pulmonologist and that was a big relief. I have some good tips/strategies for managing the nebulizers, etc., so feel free to email me if you like. Good luck, and I'll be thinking of you--enjoy your vacation!

Luckily, infant asthma is one drama we've avoided, but as I have asthma now, I just want to wish you and Seth all the best.
