It's true, the cycle of abuse is a hard one to break, and it's something that people are really only the last 20 years coming to see as something that should be broken. You, you are calling a halt to it, and it can't be easy at times, and it must make you question why it wasn't done last generation, but still, I think you're right. I think we need to let the past go to free ourselves from being weighed down by it. Not always easy, though, is it?
