If anybody could be seriously challenged on the All-American mode, it'd be me 
I thought the load times were slower than ever. Moving through the menus has to be the most annoying thing about the game. Recruiting has exceptional options and a great layout. But most of it is moving up and down between recruits and menus which slows it down too much.
Anon, I always had the playstation versions, and the 360 version seems to load a lot faster. I can't speak to how it compares to the previous xbox versions, but it's definitely faster than I'm used to.
Granted, my PS2 was getting old and shitty.
