Another point I'd make in regards to Navy: that annual game is a matter of tradition. Navy saved our butt back in the day, and we consider it a matter of respect to play them each year.

That being said, I disapprove of a ten year series with UConn. Fire Kevin White! Rabble rabble rabble!
I had this discussion with my buddy the other night. Basically, we ended up deciding that the UConn series isn't as bad as it seems. For one, it takes care of our need to play a Big East team, and it's not like there's a lot of really good Big East teams out there. Two, they are a program that seems to be on the rise. Three, it seems as though White was smart enough to steer us away from playing at UConn, so it's a home and neutral (from what I was led to believe).
And, UConn is, at least, in a BCS conference, unlike San Diego State and Nevada.

Being offensive coordinator of a successful NFL franchise might explain why Charlie, after dealing with pro athletes for most of his career, could unintentionally intimidate 18 - 19 year-olds. He has admitted as much himself.

I am with Sean. Some of you went astray on this ND Nation Post. There was a time, 2005 when ND Nation was my Primary ND News Site. That was before my own home Domer Domain and IE, beat them out regularly. These guys aooarently don't get up till 9:30 am to post any fresh news. Most of it is usless subbscription material the majority of us cannot read anyway with out spending bucks, read a "paid" shill into that.
