While the Eck Hall of Law is great, and I do appreciate it and all that fifty million can buy, I think I can speak for our entire law school when I say that we are counting down the days until the entire school is open and we have a library and some study space again. Half a school just ain't cuttin it anymore.

I actually am studying for my property final tomorrow.... and I am a big nerd because when I read Luke's comment I was like that's easy! No interest is good unless it must vest, if at all, not later than 21 years after some life in being at the creation of the interest.
Law school has taken over my life.
