If they were to ever put in a jumbo tron they might as well put a McDonalds or Xerox logo at midfield. I've only been to one game a ND Stadium and I sure as hell didn't go to watch the game on big outdoor tv. NO JUMBOTRON, NOT ADVERTISMENTS ON OR NEAR THE FIELD! Let everyone else sell out.
Yeahhh. Anyone who thinks we should have a jumbotron doesn't really get Notre Dame football. That our AD has "rumbled" about it would actually make me agree with the idiots at NDNation for a change--that KW has no business running our school's athletic department. I've yet to see anything too substantive with KW on the issue, though.

Yeah, I'm surprised too by the 14% so far in favor. I'd love to hear somebody make a good case for it...
I told you the results might be surprising. There are a lot of people who would really value a jumbotron for replays, and are naive enough to believe that it won't end up spewing advertisements and announcements such as "Get ready for another third down presented by citibank!"
Dr. Kevin White would love to take credit for all the advertising income coming from his jumbotron.
I get the feeling KW's time at ND is dwidling anyway.
