I don't understand the review call either.... Does the NCAA review system require "indisputable" video evidence like the NFL system? Or does it perhaps provide for a slightly lower standard?
I know the announcers keep using the word "indisputable" in their broadcast, but I wouldnt' be surprised if the NCAA gave their officials more wiggle room to blow calls such as this.
Either way, it's BS.

It was absolutely pathetic. Indisputable is not a word that's subject to loose interpretation: it means what it means.
"The replay official felt......" Yeah, nothing says the ref got it exactly right like "he felt." The only thing worse than being a f'up is refusing to acept the fact that you're a f'up, Cutaia.
That was such a bad call that I could actually start a successful campaign for the repeal of the collegiate use of instant-replay based upon it.

Per the NCAA officiating rule book:
"Principles. The committee believes in two main principles with regard to review:
--A standard of indisputable video evidence for any on-field call to be changed;
--A review should have a direct, competitive effect on the game, such as a change of possession, scoring play, etc."
So yes, Luke, the NCAA does require "indisputable" video evidence.
