You are NOT alone. How in the sam hell do you mistake a 12 yr. old Black girl for a white prostitute? Someone please tell me how? Then you physically assault her and her dad for resisting arrest. I mean are you fuckin' kidding me?

I emailed a nationally syndicated journalist about this case and he says he's going to investigate, so hopefully this outrage will get more coverage and some heads in Galveston will roll.
So sad. I hope that the journalist will be able to help give some justice to this family.

He was very pivotal in another case involving a young black girl in TX named Shaquanda Cotton, who was IMO wrongfully jailed (possibly up to seven years) for merely pushing a hall monitor (who was preventing Shaquanda from going to the school nurse to get her medicine.) The writer of the local TX office of the Chgo Tribune did an in-depth story and brought Shaquanda's plight to the forefront. A few months later she was released. Hopefully, if the writer does the same for Dymond, some heads will roll down there in Galveston. One can only hope.
