Just found your site, so I haven't read too far. Panda is beautiful! Is she a smooth coat Border Collie? Panda reminds me of my rescue dog, Darla. I was told by a border collie breeder that they're certain she is a s. c. border collie. She's also predominately white w/black markings & clear blue eyes.
