That sweater is gorgeous. Sigh, another "must knit" in my book. How snug is it across "the girls"? I've got a 40" chest, and all the other measurements for the L size are dead-on for me.

I just love the sweater. I can't stop thinking about it. Do you think I could get the same modification results (as shown here) by shortening the lace and armhole depth? The shot on your blog is my favorite version, for modesty reasons, I guess. But the modification piece kind of scares me.
