I hate being appraised. Even if I know I've done well, it's always nerve racking.
I love that yarn by the way, I have it in several colors from the last time they offered it, it's so very soft to knit with.
The worst part about being appraised is that you don't get to do an appraisal of your boss. Who better than some one who works for them would know how good they are at their job?

*sigh* I covet that alpaca-silk yarn. Then again, I would want every piece of yarn in the world that has silk in it to become my stash. 
Oooohhh.. I hate reviews. I'd almost rather go without a raise than go through them. Sending positive review thoughts your way....

I have some of the Baby Silk in Aubergine too! I am going to use it to knit the Lucky Clover Wrap Sweater in SNB Nation. It's a dreamy yarn!
Ack! I hope you left enough of that Aubergine for me to order! That just happens to be my favorite color in the whole wide world.

I know it is a little late to reply to this but your blog came up when I was looking to find out what "knitflame" was (saw it on a forum and the curiousity got the best of me) and I think it was terribly unkind for them to use your leg warmers as some kind of unfavourable link. The more I read about this forum the more I think I want to stay away from it. I'm glad it didn't discourage you.
I was just about to tell you to use it for the Lucky Clover Knitalong....but Renee beat me too it!
