Oh man, I feel for you. Just remember that a lot of people dealing with new technology will resent it no matter what. For whatever reason, they don't want to change the way they're doing things, even if it will make their lives easier. And since you’re their point person, you’re the one they're going to dump all over. And then, magically, once they've figured out that the earth is still spinning and that they actually understand how to use it, they'll love it. Of course, they don't bother to call you about that. You only hear from them when they want to whine about something. Yipe, can you tell I work at a software company? As long as you feel like you did your best with this project and you can stand behind it, you should consider it a resounding success. Good luck!
