Pugs tend to upstage things when they're involved. My soon-to-be mother-in-law has a black one and he is just about the sweetest thing ever. Spoiled as all heck, but very sweet. Now every time I see them I end up saying "awwww!"

Well, in the _other_ local paper that covered the event, the pugs made it into the picture without any people at all! But they did do a nice 1/2 page story, so I didn't mind.

If some talk show comes courting, you can bet that it's Panda I want by my side -- not only is she cute, her behavior is impeccable.
