Congratulation.
I would take advantage of "new dad" being back from training by poke-ing him awake to handle the diaper change at 04dark while you make preprations for the feeding.
Now both of you are up which means he is getting to enjoy 'the joys of being a new Dad' as well as having a few quiet moments with his beloved Lady before the rest of the wrecking crew hits the deck running.

Have a great time with the wee-one and the wrecking crew AND enjoy the "new Dad" while he's there.
