I just wanted to let you know that I drop in every week for shabbat shalom. It's 4am here and I can't sleep, and it's rather lovely to know that you are there on the other side of the world, honoring things with me, and struggling along we me, and catching just a little bit of peace.

Christine, "shabbat shalom" embraces the concept of "peaceful sabbath", a rest for inner and outer selves. It's what I aspire to each week during my Sabbath hours, and this phrase always closes off my week's blogging on a Friday.
