That's a tough one. My first reaction was "Joy. I choose joy." But how do you get there? It's not a once-off decision, but a moment-by-moment decision, and there are so many things that get me off track all the time.
I think it's a case of practice makes perfect - the more you choose joy, the more you'll find it become a habit.
