what ever happened to pride in customer service? i'd feel a sense of pride providing my customers good service and doing things the right way. i would've found a new barber too -- that's so rude!

I think that I have changed barbers about 3 times since I've been in VA and I am finally happy with the shop. The first guy was convenient b/c I would get my hair done at the same place. But after I cut ties with my hairdresser, there was no reason for me to continue to go to the 'hood. And then the next shop kept rotating barbers and I was tired of that. Now, I actually enjoy my new shop b/c the barbers are very respectful and funny, so it makes for a more pleasant environment. I'm happy to hear that, so when I send Tyler to your house for summer "camp" he'll get great cuts.. LOL.
