that is j nougat, he works for Free Gold Watch and they make that shirt so that explains some of it. Shane is also wearing that shirt in the pictures from TIMF.
I think I also have some pictures of Antaus from Lazor Sword with that shirt also. I see that shirt everywhere now. People like brightly colored tigers I guess.
