I think also with mainstream actors there can be some blurring of the lines and the audience will only see them as a villain or as hero or some such thing. The type casting phenomenon. But it is still understood that it is a role by most people.
With porn though there is this demand that the performers have to not be acting when it comes to the sex. With pleasure it is a bit of a different thing. it seems to be a male's idea of female pleasure rather than true female pleasure. I'd love to have stats on how many female orgasms are the real thing (and I even know some productions that fake male orgasms).
And about anger... I agree for many people anger mixed with envy, entitlement and control drives a good bunch of male porn viewers.
