Tonight, I am in San Antonio and the good ole Spaggeti Warehouse was on tap..I enjoyed some great Manicotti..It was pretty good for it not being homemade.
In the early 1990s I worked at an Italian restaurant and many of our dishes were based on old family recipes. Our Manicotti was just the best. It was made with a crepe and had so much cheese in it. Not something I would eat today but I remember enjoying it then.
