It's all about recovery from here... humor is an amazing turn on. Though, if you're dropping bombs like that at 5am maybe it is time to cut your loses and go home.
I once told a woman "You're beautiful, by the way" -- the by the way part totally made her tingle I'm sure. :
Well, it was via email and not a drunk dialing/emailing/txting kind. Just sleepy and wanting to say something to him before I went to sleep.
But his reply was gives me optimism that I didn't totally make a fool of myself.
