I don't really care that much, but the "G" already regulates the subject with age limits, no bigamy, tax implications, etc. So, I guess they can solicit votes all they want if they think it has some effect on them...I do suspect they will run into a great wave of apathy, tho'...heh heh.

If the federal courts can take a newly discovered right to privacy in the constitution from a case on whether individual states can or cannot ban contraceptives, and extend that finding of law to legalize abortion in all 50 states, then they can also extend the right to same-sex marriages to a right to polygamy or incest. One could argue that it's only fair to let grampa marry his granddaughter so he can pass on his inheritance without paying the death tax. And what about that guy in Holland who just married two women?
