Shah, Excellent post. I concur with your last paragraph about the OB administration. I feel they were not addressing India's role in Pakistani problems?? Perhaps I'm wrong but it seems they do not involve them enough....perhaps behind the scenes??????just a thought....stay well,...

Regarding NATO, policymakers are talking of global involvement. NATO is already evolving for 21st century security environment. It is utterly wrong to call it a Cold War alliance. NATO is a hope of freedom and bright future for people in Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union.
