I absolutely agree. It is a truth for me that I can't teach what I don't know or have experienced. I find that in preparing the notes and attempting to integrate what I am teaching, I become bogged down in what I don't know rather than what I do. So for me to actually stop preventing myself from getting out there and actually teaching I've had to change my focus and trust in myself that I do know. I have some knew techniques now to assist me with gaining more support form my unconscious mind which helps a great deal as long as I keep my conscious mind out of its way.
