I have the original HK cut on VCD, and I've seen the US cut as well plenty of times. The main differences (from what I remember) include:

-A subplot of Brigette Lin kidnapping a child
-Different music in the first half for some scenes (there's more of an Indian soundtrack used more then the main theme song)
-The scene where Tony drinks coffee in slo-mo is silent (compared to the HK cut which has Faye Wong's 'Dreams' played over it)

There's a website which list's the edits in the international (us) version, just google it and you should find it.
