We still need to see the final Senate plan with a vote, then the reconciled plan with a vote, before making final comments on the final legislation that goes to the President. I'm assuming that the Repubs will allow the bill to come to the floor for a vote.
Oh, good grief, Perry. If we wait to criticize the Democrats' plans until they are signed into law, it's too late. Of course, that's what you want.
