Suggestions to the Superintendent

Hereafter, confine your shots at other webloggers to your own site.

The Wabash was so uninspiring that The Pennsylvania Railroad bought a controlling interest in it, and Norfolk and Western later leased it to get to the Missouri River.

Isn't this a sign that the Ayn Rand cult has more than nine lives? It was, after all, Atlas Shrugged that inspired the brilliant Whittaker Chambers put-down of Ayn Rand -- now Hollywood still wants to do it. Remember that libertarianism, which is showing no signs of slowing down, is just a polite name for the Ayn Rand cult, and it has apologists like the overrated Glenn Reynolds.

Unless you grew up in someplace like Decatur, IL, the Wabash seems like a notably uninspiring railroad.
