I just found your blog several weeks ago and can relate to most of what you post.
I was raised by an Italian Stepfather, and have a brother named Tony.

Gotta go, I plugged in my cell phone 20 minutes ago, and it's now hot enough to curl my hair.

I quit smoking about 24 years ago but I didn't gain weight, I lost a few pounds.

I think it might have to do with the medication ... err ... candies they put me on.
