It looks like a manuscript written for a printer to copy. I have seen other such manuscripts, which were indeed later published. Talk to a good library that has professional librarians, such as YU or JTS or Spertus, and find out what has been published about A ben A. This might be one of the manuscripts.

Regardless of what Wikipedia says, the Vilna Gaon's students discuss the story of the Ger Tzedek and his relationship to their Rebbe.
Amongst many Litfishe families, the story was passed down from generation to generation with all its details.
