These flowers are called Dianthus!

Hi ... got here thru ur comment on my blog (and u got there thru Phatichar's blog).

Nice pics. And I liked this one ... not that I have a too keen interest in botany or in flowers ... but this flower reminded me of the flowers that my classmates in Std-4 created, from the extracts of pencil-sharpening --- 'sharpener-flowers' is what they used to call them ha ha ha
Will keep coming back for all the lovely pics.
