It's true - I went to a comp, and we'd spend every morning with the teachers drilling us on the latest research into social mobility. And then in the afternoon we'd get trained to fill in incapacity benefit forms.
Someone had sold off our playing field, so rather than do PE, twice a week we'd go out trying to hotwire cars. I blame political correctness.

No true British Tory could surely write such a horror as "go figure, guys and gals", could they? Where's Disraeli when you need him?
I reckon they ought to do away with schools altogether, most people end up doing the same type of work as their parents. It would save money on buying uniforms and having to get out of bed at an unearthly hour.
In my present frame of mind, you are certainly selling this idea to me. Especially the stuff about uniforms and getting out of bed in the morning...
