Going back to the start of the post: if anything is likely to make Jesus cry, wouldn't it be that some of his soi-disant followers have the wealth to invest in cars and bumper stickers when they should, if they have read the New Testament in the detail they should have done, have given their wealth to the poor? Lily's of the field, Toil not etc?
Yeah. Although to be fair, the car in question is a heap of shit. Perhaps he didn't invest any toil in it at all - maybe someone gave it to him.
