I was initially impressed with Obama. He seemed to offer an aura dynamism that is part of presidential 'leadership'.

But it seems he is actually offering a sort of meta-leadership. That is, he states that we need leadership, not management, yet he does not actually LEAD.

This praise of Reagan--yes, attributing **ideas** to someone without disavowing the substance of those ideas is indeed praise--is really too much! If this was just a rhetorical gaffe, then he doesn't have the presentation temperament required of the President. If it was deliberate, then he has signaled he does not understand fundamental political issues!
