Song…Well, I am a huge fan of Kishore Kumar, Mukesh and Mohd Rafi, but there’s no point in torturing others with my terrible singing…I’d rather not have my Ma chase me with a broom in her hand, you see!

BTW, water and milk are not beverages, Madamoiselle, as far as I know.

Being unsure, I had to look it up. A beverage is
Any one of various liquids for drinking, usually excluding water.

so perhaps your hot milk might qualify as a beverage.
