Gravatar I think the guy is sleeping on a bench in the park and it just looks like he is sleeping on the spikes. What do you say Sidhu?


Gravatar The middle part of his body was supported by the section of the wall that separated the columns of spikes, while his legs and head were supported by the 'spikes' (which actually were rather blunt).

I wouldn't say that it was the most convenient sleeping position, but the poor fellow was probably too tired and did not want to lie on the ground for fear of soiling his clothes.

He could not sleep on a bench, simply because there were no benches.
