The article said that all the "customers" were transgendered. Do you think the suspect was deliberately trying to kill them? Anyone with even a modicum of medical knowledge would know that silicone in the body can cause crippling arthritis, skin lesions, and horrific disfigurements. And by injecting it into adipose tissue, one would be guaranteed slow delivery into the bloodstream and an easy getaway.
