Can you give me some links to the David Duke connections. I have looked at the links and didn't see any. If they were there, I have missed them.
And, don't you think there is a PR campaign on the pro-war side also? I don't agree with Cindy, but I think the right is being very hypocritical in this situation. they complain she says people have been brainwashed, then they turn right around and say she has been brainwashed by the left.

I love that line of reasoning. You only get credit for thinking for yourself if you arrive at the accepted conclusion. I want you to think for yourself, so long as you agree with me.
Dingo, Sheehan did make some sort of a comment that this was a "war for Israel".
However, I don't believe she is personally connected to the Duke & one other white-is-right group. Instead, they were calling their members (all 22 of them) to go down there and protest.
I don't know why but they are very against this war. I know some of them claim the US is fighting this war on Israel's behalf. As far as I can figure out, the Nazis, the Communists and anyone who hates Jews is united on the side of the "freedom-fighters" blowing up Iraqi kids.
Just because they are there doesn't make them supporters of Sheehan's or her a supporter of them, although she has made some very irresponsible remarks. She was one of the "judges" at Conyer's mock impeachment.

well, on that note then, David Duke supports Pat Robertson and Vladimir Putin. How come those guys aren't running to the microphone to denounce him?
If you also read through his web page, he has been against the war since the beginning. Just because he writes one article about Sheehan, I don't think is a "connection" between the two. The post is misleading IMHO (at least the way I read it).
In addition, Duke claims the US is the sole cause of 9/11 and justifies the terrorist act against us. Why do you spend a great deal of time talking about left wing apologists, but I have never seen a post about the right wing apologists like Duke and Buchanan?
Let me put it this way.
Imagine the media response if the KKK showed up at a Pat Robertson event. Or a Bill Frist Event. Or any other conservative event.
I'm not saying there is a connection between Duke and Sheehan.
That said, Duke was publicly rebuffed by both democrats and republicans in his various political campaigns, as he attempted to paint himself as one of 'them.'
am am somewhat doubtful that Duke followers are going to be sharing the same tents with the peacenics. If they do, then we can talk about the absurdity of bed fellows. Until then, there is nothing Cindy or any of the other protestors can do to stop the racist group from showing up.
