But a "hypocrite" is an oft used misnomer here. Homophobia is neither virtuous nor moral, even when claimed as such. So call these men what they truly are instead: Cowards.
I think a better name would be Republican Closet Queens. It emphasizes the point that queers are everywhere. And anyway, these guys aren't hypocrits. At least Kramer isn't. Didn't he vote against every gay rights law?
Are these guys "gay" Republicans -- or just the usual straight predatory pedophiles?
