Mark Walsh: What is the point of talking about something that cannot be proven? It could also be said that is not true. It is pointless to continue the discussion if there is no evidence. The facts speak for themselves without some rumor about him being a crossdresser. If there is no proof of him being a crossdresser, i feel as if we are wasting our energy. The man is dead and his own homophobic remarks are on the record. He will be remembered as a bigot. That is enough for me because like Allen White, so many of my friends are already gone. That is a chapter that is over for me. I do not need to go around calling Helms a crossdresser if there is no evidence. It belittles the memory of those no longer here. I don't give a shit if he wore a dress and makeup. It means nothing to me even if true. Most crossdressers are straight men anyway so who cares.
