Gravatar If you suddenly find that after about 4 days since you went cold turkey that you feel really crabby and/or start craving again, consider removing the nightly potato and adding a little sugar (even just a piece of fruit) to each meal - and only with each meal. Detox done properly on step 6 really is painless, and you're setting yourself up here again for failure and disappointment. If you want to suffer withdrawal, you're certainly welcome to it, but there really is a better way.
