Let me catch up...most importantly...congratulations on your beautiful new addition...and a prettier version of the AC.
The loans!? I only heard about that when I saw last weeks league programme on BBC1...and wasn't sure of injuries and such, so more catching up to do.
And working from home?! I recommend it!
Just shows how patient Cubs fans are...they remind me of something!

Working from home is great if you have the discipline to plan it properly.

In between my travels, I spend about 40% of the month working from home now, and I see benefits both work-wise and with the family.

I think discipline is the key SM. I always thought I would be easily distracted but actually when I work at home I can be ultra efficient with my time.

The real downside I miss though is the interaction with team members.
