Some advice please CA. I plan to go to Orlando next February for the Disneyland/Universal studios malarkey. I was told to avoid Presidents Day week - Presidents Day being a public holiday?

What happens - do Americans take the whole week off, like we do for the May day holidays? More importantly, is it usually the schools half term holiday or similar?

A lot of schools do shut for the week, and Florida will be a popular destination for Americans from the north escaping the cold. Businesses tend to stay open. I never had Presidents Day off.

It might be best to avoid that week Pembury.
